In 2000, the project begins, after an examination of the different types of soil on the farm, the design of the plantation is plotted. It was decided to plant four grapes varieties, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon and in successive years 2001, 2002 and 2003, will be the planting of 4.2 Ha in the "Fruits Farm Finca".
Since the beginning of the project and as a result of good agronomic conditions that has the property, we decide to make an ecological management of the Farm. For this purpose a diversity of plants, pilgrims, myrtles, pine and olive trees, fruit trees, etc were included with the idea of creating a self-sustainable ecosystem.
In 2007, and after evaluating the behaviour of the different varieties of grapes grown in the area, it was decided to extend the planting 5 Ha more, but only Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, as they have been creating the best qualitative results in agronomic behaviour and the wine tasting. The planting will be done in the Farm Finca El Molino, which has virtually the same features than "Fruits Farm Finca", but it is about 500 m East.
At present we have 9.2 hectares of vineyards in organic production, with a total production of about 60,000 kg per year, which are translated in about 36,000 Ltrs of wine or approximately 50,000 bottles.
